❓What is Hot Stone Massage?

Hot Stone Massage uses smooth, heated basalt stones to gently melt tension and warm the muscles. The stones can be placed on specific areas of the body or used by the therapist as an extension of their hands. The soothing heat penetrates deeply, helping muscles release without the need for excessive pressure.

🌿 Benefits of Hot Stone Massage

Clients love hot stone because it’s more than just “relaxing” — it’s therapeutic. Benefits include:

  • Deep Muscle Relaxation – Heat helps muscles soften and release more easily.

  • Improved Circulation – Warmth boosts blood flow and supports healing.

  • Nervous System Calm – Promotes parasympathetic activation (your “rest & digest” state).

  • Stress & Anxiety Relief – Melts tension and eases mental fatigue.

  • Pain & Stiffness Reduction – Especially helpful for chronic tension, arthritis, or post-workout recovery.

  • Grounding & Restorative – Creates a meditative, nurturing experience.
